4. Omitted w.e.f. 09-03-2011

 1 (i) that the tax already paid to the Government, if any, shall not be refunded;

(ii) that the tax, if collected or charged shall be paid to the Government; and

(iii) that this shall remain in force up to 31.3.2011 unless withdrawn earlier.
