In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act,2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule III appended to the Act, with immediate effect, namely: -

In Schedule III appended to the said Act, in column number 4, against serial number 4, for the existing expression "up to 31.03.2010" the expression "up to 31.03.2011" shall be substituted
