In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act,2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule III appended to the said Act, namely: -

In Schedule III appended to the said Act, in column number 4 against S. No. 4, for the existing expression "upto 31.7.2009", the expression "upto 31.10.2009", shall be substituted
