In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-III appended to the said Act, namely:

In Schedule III appended to the said Act:

(1) In column No. 2 against Serial No. 2, after the existing expression "diamonds", the expression ",vark of gold or silver" shall be added.

(2) In column No. 4 against Serial No. 4, for the existing expression "up to 31.3.2007", the expression "up to 31.3.2008" shall be substituted.
