77. Declaration form under section 4-B

Declaration under proviso to sub section (2) of section 4-B shall be in From ST-66. Original declaration shall accompany the goods under transport and shall be presented to the officer Incharge of the Checkpost. The said declaration form shall bear the following certificate of the assessing authority of the circle in which the dealer is assessed and the duplicate copy thereof be submitted to the said Assessing Authority.

"Certified that the dealer is registered under section 6 of the J&K General Sales Tax Act, 1962 under No. _____________ and has filed returns which have fallen due and paid the tax payable thereon.
