CHAPTER V : RETURNS, ASSESSMENT, RECOVERY AND REFUND OF TAX

53. Reimbursement of Tax.-

Tax collected under the Act on purchases made by specialized agencies of the United Nations Organization and Consulates or Embassies or their diplomats shall be reimbursed in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
