In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8A of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben.Act XLIX of 1994) as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to specify that the West Bengal Sales Tax Settlement Commission established under sub-section(1) of the said Act, shall consist of the following three members:-

(1) Shri S.N.Brahmachari, retired Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes;

(2) Shri Kalidas Mondal, Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes;

(3) Shri Deb Kumar Dutta, Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes;
