S.R.O. No.812/99 – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Orissa Entry Tax Act,1999 (Orissa Act 11 of 1999), the State Government do hereby specify that with effect from the 1^st day of December, 1999 a tax shall be levied and collected on entry of the goods specified in this Scheduled to the said Act into a local area for consumption, use or sale therein at the rates specified in rule 3 of the Orissa Entry Tax Rules,1999.
