14-A. Provisional registration

Application for provisional registration under section 6-A shall be made in Form ST-8 and provisions of rule 7 to rule 14 shall apply, so far as they may be applicable, to the said application. The certificate of registration shall be issued in Form ST-9. It shall remain in force till the date specified in the certificate unless cancelled earlier.
