In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 123 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and in supersession of Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin (R&C)(118) dated 20th November, 2019, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series II No. 33 dated 20th November, 2019, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Government of Goa hereby re-constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of the following officers, namely:-

(a) Additional Commissioner of State Tax-I, Goa State.

(b) Additional Commissioner, Central GST, Goa, Government of India.

This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
