In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 123 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and in supersession of Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(52) dated 3rd April, 2018, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 52 dated 4th April, 2018, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Government of Goa hereby re-constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of the following officers, namely:-

(a) Additional Commissioner of State Tax-I, Goa State.

(b) Commissioner, Central GST, Goa, Government of India.

This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
