In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (3) of Commercial Taxes Department notification no 226 dated 10th August 2018 published in Bihar Gazette vide no. 771, dated 10th August 2018 (hearafter in this notification referred to as the said notification), Commissioner Commercial Taxes is pleased to declare that the said notification shall come into force with effect from the 10th day of August 2018.
