Body Notification No. S.O. 226, Dated 10th August, 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of The Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), Governor of Bihar, hereby appoint the following classes of officers mentioned in column (2) of the following table and functioning under Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 as officers with corresponding designations in column (3) of the table for the purpose of the said Act-

2. No additional monetary benefit shall be granted to the officers due to change in above nomenclature.

3. It shall come into force on such date as the Commissioner Commercial Taxes, Commercial Taxes Department may, by notification, appoint.
