In pursuance of the Provisions of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Gujarat hereby constitutes the Screening Committee consisting of the following members for Anti Profiteering, namely:-

(i) Additional Commissioner of State Tax (Establishment and Vigilance), Gujarat State. with effect from the 11th September, 2019.

(ii) Additional Commissioner(Technical), CGST Ahmedabad North. with effect from the 20th December, 2019.
