In pursuance of the Provisions of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Gujarat hereby constitutes the Screening Committee consisting of the following members for Anti Profiteering, namely:-

(i) Shri Supreet Singh Gulati, Additional State Tax Commissioner , (Establishment-Vigilance) Gujarat State, Ahmedabad nominated by the Commissioner; and

(ii) Shri Sunil kumar Singh, Commissioner, GST, Gandhinagar nominated by the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax.
