NOTIFICATION NO.CT/Leg/CR/128/2006 Dated 5th May 2012

In pursuance to the government Notification F.No.FIN/REV-3/VAT/10/05 dated 6th July, 2011 and for the interest of public revenue, filling of Return under Section 29 read with Rules 25, 26 and 27 of Nagaland Value Added Act and Rules 2005 is made mandatory into an online mode for those dealers, whose Annual Gross Total Turnover exceeds Rs 40 lakh. Therefore quarterly return filled by this category shall be accepted only on an online mode from the period ending 30th June 2012.
