In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Nagaland Value Tax Act, 2005, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased amend Schedule- lV of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005,a s follows:-

After entry Sl. No. 350, a new entry shall be inserted namely:-

"Sl. No.	Item	Rate of duty
351	All processed fruits, vegetable etc. including a jams, jelly, Pickle, fruit squash, paste, fruit drink and fruit juice ( whether in sealed container or otherwise)	4%

This notification shall come into effect after the expiry of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issue.
