In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Nagaland Value Added T ax Act, 2005, the Government of Nagaland here by amends Schedule-I V of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005, as follows:-

In entry SI. No. 122, after the words "Renewable energy devices & spare parts", the words "including Compact Florescent Lamps (CFL) " will be added. This notification shall come into effect after the expiry of 14 days from the date of issue and shall remain in effect till 12.6.2008 or until it is withdrawn, whichever is earlier.
