In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government, of Nagaland here by amends Schedule IV of Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005, as follows:-

In entry S L No. 33, the words" Coal tar " shall be substituted by the words Coal, including coke in all its forms but excluding charcoal.

This notifications hall come into effect after expiry of 14 days from the date issue ( w.e.f. 5-6-07).
