In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 4 of 2005) read with Rules 4 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 it is hereby notified that the powers of the Commissioner of Taxes, Nagaland under Sections 8 to 21, 23 to 65, 80 to 82 and 91,92, 99 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005 read with Rules 7 to 33, 37 to 54, 56 to 64, 68 to 71 and 73,75 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 are delegated to the officers specified in column (1) of the schedule below to be exercise within the areas specified in column (2) with effect from 01-04-2005.
