In partial modification to this Department Notification of even number dated 5-9-05, the power of the Commissioner of Taxes under sections 54, 65, 84, 86, 89, 90 and Rules 70 under the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005, are also delegated to the Assistant Commissioner of Taxes (Mobile Squad) and the Superintendent of Taxes (Mobile Squad), Nagaland, Dimapur.
