Chapter-III : Procedure for registration of taxable dealer, amendment and cancellation of registration certificate and demand of security, etc.

The application in Form VAT-1 shall be accompanied by a Declaration in Annexure-I, II and III, duly filled in and signed by the person who signed the said application.
