2. Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-

(kkk) "Purchase price" means the amount of valuable consideration paid or payable by a person for any purchase made including any sum paid or payable, for anything done by the seller in respect of goods at the time of or before delivery thereof, other than the actual cost of inward fright or delivery or the cost of installation when such cost is separately charged;
