In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 1 of The Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Act, 2024, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to extend the provisions of "The Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Act, 2024" for the period (six months)from 15th September, 2024 to 14th March, 2025.

2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
