In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(36). "Published" (Omitted w.e.f. 01-07-2017) means published in any newspaper, journal or periodical or notified by a market committee established under the Orissa Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1956 (Orissa Act 3 of 1956.) or any such authority as the Government may, by notification, specify from time to time;
