In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule V appended to the said Act, with effect from 14.07.2014, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule V appended to the said Act in column number 2, against serial number 18, for the existing expression "(ii) Toilet paper and tissue paper.", the expression "(ii) Toilet paper and toilet tissue paper." shall be substituted.
