In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso of clause (a) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of Section 58 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Jharkhand Act 05, 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to make the following amendment in the Departmental Notification No. S.O. 211 dated 31st March, 2006 :-

In Serial No. 1, the rate as specified in column 4 i.e. 2 percent shall be substituted by 4 percent.

This Notification shall come into force from the date of publication in the official gazette.
