In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to Schedule III appended to the said Act with immediate effect:-

Amendment

1. For the present entries of Serial number 85 of Part I of Schedule III of the said Act, 2005 shall be substituted by the following:-

"Ores and minerals, excluding stone chips, stone boulders and ballast, which is not specified anywhere in this Schedule."

2. Serial number 143 and its corresponding entries of Schedule III of Part I of the said Act, 2005 shall be deleted
