In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 60 of the J&K Value Added Tax Act, 2005, it is hereby notified that the registered dealers whose gross turnover in a year is Rs. 60 lacs or more and who are required to file the prescribed Audit Reports before the concerned Assessing Authority and Commissioner Commercial Taxes, shall do so for the accounting year 2012-13 by 31st of October, 2013 before the concerned Assessing Authority with a true copy thereof to the Commissioner Commercial Taxes.
