In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendment to Schedule-IV appended to the said Act;

Amendment

In Schedule IV of the said Act in the Entry 124 for the words "All kinds of Portable Power Generator Sets", the words "All kinds of Power Generator Sets" shall be substituted.
