Body NOTIFICATION No. (GHN-9) VAT-2013/SCH.-1(13)(6)-TH., Dated the 1st July, 2013.

Whereas, the Government of Gujarat considers it necessary so to do in the public interest;

In exercise of the powers conferred by entry 13 of Schedule I to the Gujarat Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Guj. 1 of 2005), the Government of Gujarat hereby specifies the following charkha and other implements and spare parts thereof meant for use in the production of hand spun yarn, for the purpose of the said entry 13, namely:-

1	Ambar Belni used with Ambar Charkha
2	Ambar Charkha
3	Carding Bow
4	Cuts for Card Bow
5	Dhunai Modia used with Ambar Charkha
6	Hand carding Machine
7	Hand Gins
8	Spinning Wheel and its spare parts
9	Takli
10	Winders
11	Wooden Bowl (Wooden Hammer)."
