In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of Section 3A of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to the Table appended to Departmental Notification Number S.O. 51 Dated 4th May, 2006:-

Amendment

1. After Serial Number 1 of the Table appended to Departmental Notification Number S.O. 51 Dated 4th May, 2006 the following new serial numbers and the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) shall be inserted, namely-

2	Motor Spirit	10%
3	Tobacco products except Biri	15%

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
