In exercise of the power conferred by section 19 of the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (West Ben. Act XXXVII of 2003), as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendments in this Department notification No. 1290-F.T., dated the 30th day of August, 2011, as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

Amendments

In the said notification, in the Table,-

(a) in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 1 in column (1), for the figures "20", substitute the figures "25";

(b) in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 2 in column (1), for the figures "20", substitute the figures "25".

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st day of April, 2013.
