In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the West Bengal Finance Act, 2013 (West Ben. Act 1 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint-

(a) the 1st day of April, 1979, as the date on which clause (7) of section 2 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force;

(b) the 1st day of April, 2010, as the date on which sub-clause (c) of clause (1) and clause (18) of section 3 of the said Act, shall be deemed to have come into force;

(c) the 1st day of March, 2012, as the date on which clause (11) of section 3 of the said Act, shall be deemed to have come into force;

(d) the 1st day of November, 2012, as the date on which sub-clause (c) of clause (14) of section 3 of the said Act, shall be deemed to have come into force;

(e) the 1st day of April, 2012, as the date on which clause (21) of section 3 of the said Act, shall be deemed to have come into force;

(f) the 1st day of April, 2013, as the date on which the remaining provisions of section 2 and of section 3 of the said Act, shall come into force.
