In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to Departmental Notifiation Number S.O. 24 dated 24.03.2005, as amended from time to time, namely:-

Amendment

1. The present entery "20%" of Column Number (3) of serial number 7 of Departmental Notifiation Number S.O. 24 dated 24.03.2005, as amended from time to time, shall be substituted by the entry "30%"

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from date of notification
