NOTIFICATION No. IX (I)-04/2013/3696 /CT, Dated 27th February, 2013

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 3 of section 3 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Odisha Act 4 of 2005) read with sub-rule (2) of Rule 3 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, I Sri Manoj Ahuja, I.A.S., Commissioner of Sales Tax, Odisha, Cuttack do hereby specify that the Sales Tax Officer named in Column-2 of the schedule below who is appointed by Govt. in Finance Department under sub section (2) of Section 3 of OVAT Act vide Notification No. 3668/F, dt.07/02/2013 shall have jurisdiction over the area noted in Column-3 there of.

The person concerned will assume jurisdiction over the area specified in Column-3 from the date of her assuming the charges of the respective Ranges/Offices.
