In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003)), the Stale Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule IV appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule IV appended to the said Act,-

(i) in column number 2 against serial number 7, for the existing expression "All utensils including pressure cookers'' pans and cutlery but excluding utensils made of precious metals.", the expression "All utensils including pressure cookers, pan, and cutlery but excluding utensils made of precious metals and stainless steel." shall be substituted, with immediate effect.

(ii) in column number 2 against serial number 196, for the existing expression "LED Lamp", the expression "LED Lamp, LED Torch, LED Flashlight, LED Emergency Lamp, LED Lantern" shall be substituted, with immediate effect.
