In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 3 of section 3 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Odisha Act 4 of 2005) read with sub-rule (2) of Rule 3 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, I Sri Manoj Ahuja, I.A.S., Commissioner of Sales Tax, Orissa, Cuttack do hereby specify the jurisdiction of the Sales Tax Officer named in Column-2 of the schedule below under the area noted against his name in Column-4 there of.

The person concerned will assume jurisdiction over the area specified in Column-4 from the date of their assuming the charges of the respective Ranges/Offices.
