NOTIFICATION No. IX (I)-03/2013/1585 /CT, Dated 24th January, 2013

In exercise of Powers conferred by sub-section 3 of section 3 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Odisha Act 4 Of 2005) read with sub-rule (2) of Rule 3 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Rules, 2005,I, Sri Manoj Ahuja, I.A.S., Commissioner of Sales Tax, Odisha, Cuttack do hereby specify that the Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax named in column-2 of the schedule below who are appointed by Govt. in Finance Department under subsection (2) of section 3 of the OVAT Act vide Notification No-344/F, dt. 03/01/2013 shall have jurisdiction over the area noted in Column- 3 thereof.

The persons concerned will assume jurisdiction over the area specified in column-3 from the date of their assuming the charges of the respective Ranges/Offices.
