In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 20 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003) and section 9 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act No. 74 of 1956), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number F.12(156) FD / Tax / 09-58 dated 03.11.2009, as amended from time to time, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In condition number (i) of the said notification, for the existing expression "six equal monthly installments commencing from the month of April, 2012, on 7 day of the month without interest", the expression "twenty four equal monthly installments commencing from the month of April, 2012, on 7th day of the month without interest" shall be substituted.
