In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment with effect from 01-042012:

AMENDMENT

In schedule to the notification No. F-10/23/2011/CT/V (23C) dated 31-03-2011, the entries related to S.No. 5 & 7 shall be omitted.
