In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Jammu & Kashmir Value Added Tax Ordinance,2005 the Government hereby appoints 1^st April, 2005 as the date on which the said Ordinance except the provisions contained in sections 103 and 104 shall come into force.
