You are requested to kindly grant certificate of Registration as required by section 68 of the J&K Value Added Tax Act, 2005 with effect from ........................
I/ we undertake to furnish security for an amount of Rs. 1 lac in the form of cash deposit/Bank Guarantee/Post Office or saving bank account pledged to the Commissioner Commercial Taxes. I/We also undertake to comply with the requirements of the provisions contained in Section 67 and 68 of the said Act and the rules framed thereunder.
