In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22D of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), as subsequently amended, the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment this department notification No. 2984-F.T., dated the 1st day of September, 2004, as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) :-

In the said notification, in the entry in column (3) against serial No. 2 in column (1), for the word "Twenty-three", substitute the word "Twenty-seven".

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of September, 2011.
