BIHAR VALUE ADDED TAX Act, 2005 NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred under subsection (2) of section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Taxes Act, 2005 (Act. No. 27 of 2005), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to Schedule I and Schedule II appended to the said Act as follow:-

Amendment

1. Serial No. 73 with its corresponding entry of schedule I of the said Act shall be substituted as follows:-

73	Organic manure including bone meal.

2. Serial No. 26 with its corresponding entry of Schedule III of the said Act shall be deleted as follows:-

Serial No. in Schedule III	Goods

26	bone meal deleted.

3. This notification shall come into force from the date of issue.
