In exercise of powers conferred under subsection (2) of section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Taxes Act, 2005 (Act. No. 27 of 2005), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to Schedule I appended to the said Act with immediate effect:-

Amendment

1. After Serial No. 82 of the said schedule, the following serial No. with its corresponding entry shall be added :-
