In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section-3 of Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Orissa Act 4 of 2005) read with of sub-rule (2) of Rule 3 of the Orissa Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, I, Sri Nikunja Bihari Dhal, I.A.S., Commissioner of Sales Tax, Orissa, Cuttack do here by specify the jurisdiction of Assistant Commissioner of Sales Tax Officers named in Column-2 of the schedule below under the area noted against the name in Column. 4 thereof

The persons concerned will assume jurisdiction over the area specified in column-4 from the date of their assuming the charges
