In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments to Schedule III and Schedule IIIA appended to the said Act:-

Amendments

1. After serial number 54 of Schedule III of the said Act, the following a new serial number 55 and its corresponding entries shall be added :-

" 55 Goods as specified in section 14 of the Central Sales Act, 1956 other than those specified in any of the Schedules appended to the Act."

2. Serial No. 1 and its corresponding entries of Schedule IIIA of the said Act are hereby be deleted.

3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issue.
