Notification SRO 214 Dated 14th July 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that the amendments carried out in rule 28 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, vide notification SRO 68 dated 25.02.2011 read with SRO 117 dated 31.03.2011 with the exception of sub rule (4) and sub rule (9) of the said rule, shall and shall always be deemed to have come into force from the second quarter of the financial year 2011-12.
