In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4-B) of rule 8 and sub-rule (2) of rule 23-A of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Rules, 2006, the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. FA-3/14/2010/IV(34) dated the 11th April, 2011, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, for the figures and word "1st October, 2010" , the figure and word "1st April, 2011" shall be substituted.
